Precision Inspection

Each collet undergoes individual runout testing at four points on a testing rod. For sizes 3.0 mm and larger, the runout is controlled to a tight tolerance of 0.0003 inches (0.008 mm). Sizes under 3.0 mm have a slightly higher tolerance of 0.00059 inches (0.015 mm), ensuring accuracy across the entire range.
