To reduce leaking after using your carpet cleaner, we recommend that after you have finished cleaning, you should place the unit in the upright position and wait for about 5 seconds before turning it off. This will allow the water you have just sucked up to finish traveling to the dirty water tank, which in turn will help reduce any potential leaking.

To avoid damage to wood and laminate flooring, and to prevent a potential slip hazard, it is crucial that after use, you do not leave the product on wood or laminate surfaces. Instead, move it to a hard surface and place the unit on an absorbent material, such as a towel, to soak up any drips.
